在企業(yè)網(wǎng)站的網(wǎng)站制作方面所存在的問(wèn)題直接影響到網(wǎng)站的專業(yè)性，甚至對(duì)企業(yè)形象造成負(fù)面影響。由于網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題非常之多，不可能進(jìn)行完整的統(tǒng)計(jì)，這里僅對(duì)部分重要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析，但并未進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，為了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中所存在的問(wèn)題，下面分類羅列這些常見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題：

•欄目設(shè)置有重疊;
•欄目名稱意義不明確，容易造成混淆;
•全flash首頁(yè)和菜單，無(wú)法優(yōu)化處理，也沒(méi)有相應(yīng)的文字說(shuō)明
•欄目過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單，重要信息不完整，有效信息少。
網(wǎng)站首頁(yè)：
•采用大型圖片或者FLASH，真正用戶關(guān)心的信息在首頁(yè)沒(méi)有體現(xiàn)，需要多次點(diǎn)擊;
•過(guò)大的FLASH嚴(yán)重影響首頁(yè)下載速度;
•首頁(yè)有效信息量小;
•首頁(yè)無(wú)標(biāo)題;
•主頁(yè)布局比較亂，重要信息沒(méi)有得以重點(diǎn)體現(xiàn);
•打開(kāi)網(wǎng)頁(yè)彈出多個(gè)窗口，影響正常瀏覽;
•追求“創(chuàng)意”效果，很難理解網(wǎng)站要表達(dá)的意思。
頁(yè)面信息：
•重要信息不完整，如聯(lián)系方式和產(chǎn)品介紹等;
•頁(yè)面信息小，需要多次翻頁(yè);
•與企業(yè)形象、產(chǎn)品、促銷等方面無(wú)關(guān)的信息;
•產(chǎn)品詳細(xì)介紹內(nèi)容過(guò)少;
•內(nèi)容頁(yè)面沒(méi)有標(biāo)題，或者全部使用公司名為標(biāo)題;
•部分內(nèi)容陳舊，缺乏時(shí)效性;
•部分欄目無(wú)任何內(nèi)容。
網(wǎng)頁(yè)字體和美工：
•過(guò)分注重美術(shù)效果，大量采用圖片，影響網(wǎng)頁(yè)下載速度;
•過(guò)分注重美觀，有些連基本信息內(nèi)容都用圖片格式，影響基本信息獲取;
•文字太小、文字顏色暗淡、采用深色頁(yè)面背景等，影響正常視覺(jué);
•頁(yè)面過(guò)于花哨，接近于游戲網(wǎng)站。
調(diào)查結(jié)果表明，在網(wǎng)站規(guī)劃和網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中所存在的主要問(wèn)題包括5類30個(gè)問(wèn)題，其中最為突出的問(wèn)題(出現(xiàn)頻率最高)是：

(1)網(wǎng)站規(guī)劃和欄目設(shè)置不合理：主要表現(xiàn)在欄目設(shè)置有重疊、交叉、或者欄目名稱意義不明確，容易造成混淆，使得用戶難以發(fā)現(xiàn)需要的信息，有些網(wǎng)站則欄目過(guò)于繁多和雜亂，網(wǎng)站導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)又比較混亂;
